Our professional strength stain protector is safe for use on all fiber types. It does not cause rapid soiling, dye bleed, discoloration, or texture change, and provides some level of UV protection as well!

Think of it like stain repel insurance for new or newly cleaned area rugs. While it won’t make your rugs stain-proof, it will provide a window of time in which to work on and remove a spill before it becomes a stain. Fiber protector should be reapplied after each professional rug cleaning.

Sometimes the dyes used in area rugs let go of their chemical bonds. We are often able to improve or correct this. No professional cleaner can guarantee perfection with this type of restorative work, but we can let you know if we feel that the dye damage can be reduced to an acceptable condition.

When rugs come in for service and they need some repair, our skilled repair team is here to provide an obligation-free quote to you. It’s important to contact us quickly if you suspect a moth problem. Any affected area rugs should be contained and removed from your home for a deep cleaning and moth treatment. After cleaning, our repair team will provide a quote to repair any moth damage they find.

While your rugs are with us for care, it’s important to make an appointment with a pest control company to come out to assess and treat the house before we bring your rugs back to you.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide long-term storage at our shop. We will happily advise you of the best way to store rugs at home, or we’re also able to deliver your rugs to a proper storage facility if it is located within our service area.

To prepare your rugs for storage, we recommend they be cleaned first and then treated with a moth repellant. Having them wrapped and sealed properly will go a long way toward keeping moths and nesting rodents away too!

FREE pick up and delivery is available for all our customers within our service area. Extra charges may apply for furniture moving or for rugs measuring larger than 10 x 13. Call today to schedule your appointment!
