Can you get the dog pee smell out of my rugs?
The process we use to decontaminate and treat pet accidents is not the same as applying a regular masking deodorizer. This special step is done during the wash process and targets the odor-causing bacteria at the base of the urine stains that regular cleaning will leave behind. If our protocols are followed, we guarantee the results. *This process is not included as part of our regular washing package.
Exclusions to our Pet Odor Control Guarantee are in cases when we believe the damage to be too severe to treat effectively, or when the construction of an area rug does not allow for proper flushing of contaminants. If we have concerns, we will bring it up during pre-inspection.
While we can promise pet urine odor removal, we cannot guarantee removal of the actual pet urine stain. After the urine stain dries, it becomes quite alkaline, sometimes causing a permanent pH shift in the dyes. If this happens, it may improve with cleaning, but is not reversible.
